Our image library provider has fixed the issue. Images may be slower to load than usual while services recover.
Existing banner and featured images are now loading intermittently. Searching for new featured/banner images for projects and publications is still impacted, and may only work intermittenly or show partial results. Our image service provider has identified the issue but have not yet provided an update with a timescale for a complete fix.
Project banner images and publication featured images selected selected from our image library are currently not loading across Kudos. Additionally, searching for new publication and project featured/banner images in the image library is not working.
All publication and project data is intact, and images are saved and should reappear once our image provider resolves the problem. All other parts of Kudos are working normally.
This is due to our third-party image library provider experiencing issues. We currently do not have a timescale for images becoming available again, but we'll update as we know more.
