This maintenance will not affect the normal use of any part of the Kudos website, including your publications, projects, metrics/results, showcases, and account management. This notice applies to publishers only.
We will be carrying out essential maintenance work on our data server, which is where you send your DOI data feeds and usage data via FTP. The server will be unavailable during this maintenance window. We also anticipate further disruption to the data server on Monday 29 November as we finalise the maintenance work.
During this time you won’t be able to upload any new files, but most publisher have systems that will automatically retry loading them a few days later. Any files already loaded will be queued and will automatically be processed the following week. All author invitations will be sent out, but may be sent a few days later than normal.
