Monthly server maintenance

We're planning some essential maintenance to our servers. During the maintenance window, some services will be unavailable, but most users shouldn't be impacted.

🚚 The publisher FTP server will not be available during this maintenance. New connections will fail, and existing connections will be disconnected. We're sorry for any inconvenience this causes.

🗃️ Any data files uploaded to the data server prior to the maintenance window will be processed as normal, although processing may be slightly delayed.

📨 Transactional email messages from Kudos, such as email address verification messages and password reset requests, along with invitations sent by Kudos on behalf of our publisher partners, may be delayed during this window.

✅ All other areas of the Kudos platform, including Showcases, Story pages, and the Kudos Hub, will continue to operate as usual.
