If you're seeing a blank page when accessing Kudos, your browser may have stored some incorrect information on your computer. You can fix this by doing a 'forced refresh' (also called a 'reload from origin') by following the instructions below for your operating system and web browser.
If the instructions below don't work, or aren't available for your operating system or browser, you should be able to access Kudos through a Private Browsing or Incognito window, or similar.
Do one of the following:
Hold down the Ctrl and Shift keys and press the R key on your keyboard
Hold down the Command (⌘) and Option (⌥) key and press the R key on your keyboard
Hold down the Command (⌘) and Shift (⇧) key and press the R key on your keyboard
